We are thrilled to launch our international activity on peace!
"Leadership for Peace: Empowering Tomorrow’s Changemakers," will bring together 30 young participants from diverse backgrounds—many of whom contributed to the creation of the digital peace cards.
Building on the themes identified in the digital campaign, this leadership seminar will take a deeper dive into intercultural dialogue and conflict resolution skills. Participants will gain practical tools and techniques to manage conflicts, enhance intercultural understanding, and strengthen their leadership capacity. The seminar will also serve as a platform for open dialogue, peer learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
Insights and stories gathered during the digital campaign will be integrated into the seminar’s discussions and workshops, adding richness and authenticity to the learning process.
A key output of the seminar will be the drafting of a Position Paper on current conflicts, reflecting the perspectives and aspirations of rural youth. This document will be adopted by the General Assembly and shared with key institutions, amplifying the voices of young peacebuilders across Europe.
